One year of Remcom Professional Support is included with each product you purchase. This service should be renewed yearly to meet your support needs and to ensure that you receive timely upgrades at no additional cost.

Enrolling in Remcom Professional Support (RPS) ensures that you will always have access to technical support and the latest versions of our software.

You will receive all software upgrades during the coverage period in addition to telephone and e-mail support.

Re-instatement of lapsed RPS coverage is available. To request reinstatement of your RPS Coverage, click here.

Customers needing support may contact Remcom through the customer support portal. First time users will need to create an account for themselves before using the system.
