System Requirements for XFdtd^®

• 1GB RAM minimum, 2GB (or more) recommended
• 1024x768 display resolution
• ATI Radeon 7500 or NVidia GeForce 4 or newer video card.
• 100 MB free space on hard drive for program files
• Additional 1GB of space for CATIA translation files (if purchased)
• Additional 300MB+ of hard drive space for full installation of all example files

XFdtd Packages are available for the following platform:

• Windows 2000 (32-bit) / XP ( 32-bit and 64-bit ) / Vista (32-bit and 64-bit )

• (Itanium systems will not be supported in future versions of XFdtd)

The XFdtd computation engine is available for the following platforms:

• Windows 2000 (32-bit) / XP ( 32-bit and 64-bit ) / Vista (32-bit and 64-bit )
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (32 bit)
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 Update 3 (64 bit, Opteron, Itanium, Xeon)
• Silicon Graphics with IRIX Version 6.5 or later
• Hewlett-Packard with HPUX Version 11 or later
• Sun Solaris Version 8 or later
• Mac OSX (10.3 and later) (G5 platform)

The Multiple Processor Module is available for the following platforms:
