One year of Remcom Professional Support (RPS) is included with each product you purchase. Maintaining your RPS license ensures that you will always have access to technical support and that you receive timely upgrades at no additional cost.

Support Portal for RPS Customers
Customers needing support may contact Remcom through the customer support portal. First time users will need to create an account before using the system. The company login ID will be required to create the account. If you do not have your company login ID, you may contact us to request your login information.
Renew Your RPS
Reinstatement of lapsed RPS coverage is available. To request reinstatement of your RPS coverage, visit the Renew Support page.
