What information we collect:
- Aggregate information about the web pages consumers access or visit, but only to improve the content and usability of our site. Our server recognizes visitors’ domain names but not personally-identifying information such as e-mail addresses.
- Information directly volunteered by you when you request information from us, participate in a survey, or register in our Support Portal.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies only to recognize a person's log-in information in our Support Portal (only for those customers with an already-existing account) and never to track a user's activity.

Generally this includes information that we think will be useful to you such as new product announcements, upcoming events, product enhancement updates, and help and resources to support you in using our products. With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

You have access to all information that we maintain about you. You can access and change this information by e-mailing us at privacy@remcom.com, calling us at the above telephone number, or by logging into our Support Portal if you have an existing account. The Support Portal will display the contact information that you provided as part of your registration in the portal as well as your support incidents and our responses and the status of your service agreements with Remcom.
E-mails from Remcom will provide a link allowing you to opt-out of future communications or to change your contact preferences. You may also let us know your wishes by sending e-mail to privacy@remcom.com.
