FDTD Simulation of Multilayer-Coated and Rough Surface Metals Using Surface Impedance Method

A surface impedance method with synchronization in time and its application to the FDTD simulation of multilayer-coated metals and rough surface metals are presented. The numerical results showed that the presented method is accurate and efficient. This paper was presented at the 2019 International Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES) Symposium.
